2009年3 月19日至3月20日， 由新加坡T.U.N International和 cippe合辦的FPSO China2009中國浮式生產儲油卸油研討會在北京臨空皇冠假日酒店隆重召開。

　　本次FPSO論壇，以第九屆Cippe展會為依托，充分發揮了展會期間人物云集的優勢，定在展會附近的假日酒店召開，使得與會人員能夠在參加完會以后就近參展。論壇在兩日舉行，包括中海油，SBM offshore ，2H offshore，crondall能源咨詢公司，馬來西亞海洋研究所，煙臺Raffles造船廠等一大批重要演講嘉賓。

     在金融危機的背景下舉辦這樣一個論壇，不但可以在同行間相互交流新技術和經驗，而且還交流了應對危機的觀點。這對于FPSO行業的投資、部署、運營和維護，都有積極地參考意義，同時也更好的幫助企業在相關方面的決策實施。

    會議為期兩天，參會嘉賓同時還參觀了CIPPE展覽會。
